Great location near Hakone attractions. Excellent service from English-speaking staff. Newly remodeled rooms in annex building. Free shuttle bus from Gora train station. Onsen facilities are fantastic. Perfect for exploring Hakone sights. highly recommended.

This hotel is located conveniently near the Naka-Gora cable car stop. the hotel is easily accessible by public transportation as it is situated just next to a tram station. Guests can enjoy a fantastic view of the woods and valley to the mountains from the Japanese-style rooms, which are clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices.
The staff has some issues communicating in English, which might make it difficult for some guests to get their needs met.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the cable car and the funicular station. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and take in the breathtaking views. The staff here were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and electric kettle. I also loved the dining bar/lounge area where I could unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception added to the overall convenience of my stay.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, facilities, and location all exceeded my expectations.

The mountain scenery was stunning, and there were plenty of local attractions nearby. the hotel staff were courteous and provided us with clean and comfortable bedding during our stay. In particular, we appreciated the communal bathing area as a unique cultural experience.
the rooms were dated and in need of renovation, and the bathroom facilities were cramped and inconvenient.

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to the cable car stop and the shops. The breakfast had a good mix of Japanese and western food. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The transportation was convenient with free bus shuttles from Gora and Odawara.

Spent Christmas at this resort and I had a great time. The hot spring bath was amazing and very relaxing. The food was also delicious and reasonably priced. The resort is located in a quiet area and it's perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The signage leading to the resort from the main road was not in English and hard to navigate. It took us a while to find the main entrance since the English sign was small and not visible.
